BBG - Bikini Body Guide

Bikini Body Guide (BBG) created by Kayla Itsines is a 12 week program that mixes up a bit of cardio/fitness training all into one. Let me tell you - these workouts are intense but in a good way! Her guide has an excellent explanation as to how the program is aimed to work within those 12 weeks. 

Join me on my fitness journey to meet my goals for my wedding in 2017. I am super excited to marry my best friend and am determined to look great in that white wedding dress.

I'm just in the middle of week 1 and let me tell you, I am feeling like I can't walk properly because I'm that sore.  I guess that's how you know you've had a great workout!

2 weeks prior to starting BBG, I had lost 5 pounds from my original weight. I am hoping that this program will kick my butt into gear to losing more. I've still got quite some weight to lose before I reach my wedding goals!
